Do points expire?
Points may expire. If an expiry date applies to your points, it is shown in your rewards panel.
How do I use a reward?
Redeem it from your rewards panel, then apply it at checkout. RM off rewards need a minimum spend of RM100, can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other discounts.
When are points added?
Order points appear in your rewards panel after your order is placed. Points on cancelled or refunded orders may be adjusted.
