What Is Covered

Warranty Extension applies only to eligible electronic items purchased from XSECRET, and only for covered functional issues.

✓ Eligible electronic items purchased directly from XSECRET.
✓ Covered functional issues that affect the normal use of the item.
✓ Private and discreet customer support throughout the warranty process.
✓ Replacement support or warranty assistance according to XSECRET’s warranty policy.

What Is Not Covered

To keep everything clear and fair, Warranty Extension does not cover the following items or situations:

✕ Lubricants, gels, sprays, cleaners, condoms, batteries, accessories, and other consumable items.
✕ Non-electronic items, unless specifically stated by XSECRET.
✕ Hygiene-sensitive items after opening, unless there is a verified covered functional issue.
✕ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, stains, smell, discoloration, or material ageing.
✕ Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, water damage, accident, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
✕ TPE, silicone, soft material damage, tearing, stickiness, melting, or surface deterioration caused by usage, storage, or cleaning method.
✕ Lost items, stolen parcels, delivery issues, or damage during transit. These are not part of Warranty Extension.
Important: Warranty Extension is not shipping insurance and does not cover parcel loss, theft, courier damage, or delivery-related claims. It is an extended warranty for eligible electronic product functional issues only.

How to Claim

If your eligible item has a covered functional issue during the warranty period, contact XSECRET support with your order details.

Warranty Extension FAQ

Is Warranty Extension required?

No. It is optional. You can choose to add it in your cart before checkout.

Does it cover all products?

No. It only applies to eligible electronic items. Consumables such as lubricants, gels, cleaners, sprays, condoms, batteries, and accessories are not covered.

Does it cover damage caused by usage?

No. Normal wear and tear, material ageing, scratches, stains, tearing, stickiness, misuse, improper storage, or improper cleaning are not covered.

Is this the same as shipping protection?

No. Warranty Extension is not shipping insurance. It does not cover parcel loss, theft, courier damage, or delivery issues.

Can I add Warranty Extension after placing an order?

Warranty Extension should be added before checkout. If your order has already been placed, please contact XSECRET support as soon as possible.
